Rights of the Data Subject
Below, you’ll find information about the data subject rights granted to you under applicable data protection law in relation to the processing of your personal data by the data controller:
Article 7(3) of the GDPR: Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time, with effect for the future. In the event of withdrawal, we will promptly delete the relevant data unless further processing can be justified by a legal basis other than consent. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Article 15 of the GDPR: Right to Access
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process. Specifically, you can inquire about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data (if not collected by us), and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, along with relevant details.
Article 16 of the GDPR: Right to Rectification
You have the right to promptly request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us.
Article 17 of the GDPR: Right to Erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, fulfilling a legal obligation, reasons of public interest, or asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Article 18 of the GDPR: Right to Restriction of Processing
You can request the restriction of processing of your personal data if you dispute its accuracy or if the processing is unlawful. Additionally, if we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims, you can request restricted processing.
Right to Object
The personal data processing listed here is based on our legitimate interest according to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to object to these processing activities at any time, based on reasons arising from your specific situation, with effect for the future. After you raise an objection, the processing of the relevant data will cease unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
According to Article 77 of the GDPR, every affected person has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their data violates data protection regulations. The right to lodge a complaint can be exercised with the competent supervisory authority of the data controller or in the member state where the affected person resides.
